Wendi Hensel, Howard Hanna Allen Tate. Three listings and a seller campaign south of Charlotte, $332,000 to $1,448,500. First ad live on 19 September 2026.
The ask was simple. Every buyer who asks about one of her listings reaches her in real time, with their answers already in hand, and the follow-up runs without her or her assistant typing a word.
Every inquiry travels the same path, every time. Scroll through what one buyer experiences, and what Wendi and her assistant see on their side.
Price, beds, baths, square feet and the lot on the first screen, with the real photos and the agent's name. Shown to three audiences: buyers within 15 miles, people relocating to the Charlotte area, and anyone who already looked at the home once.
Meta Housing category compliant
When they want to buy, how they will pay, and whether they already have an agent. Name, email and phone are pre-filled by Facebook, and the number is confirmed by a text code before the form can be sent. No fake numbers reach Wendi.
Thirty seconds after the form, the buyer is holding the walkthrough and knows a call is coming. Sent from her number, written in her voice, before she has even seen the lead.
The system dials Wendi first, tells her a new ad lead is on the line, and connects the two on one keypress. If she cannot pick up, her assistant's phone rings about a minute later with the same buyer. Nobody waits for the morning.
Backup ring to the assistantHer assistant gets a text with the listing and every form answer, ready to call. Wendi gets the email. The buyer's card is already in the CRM, tagged by listing, with a link to open it in one tap.
Day 2 brings a private showing slot with a booking link. Day 14 and day 30 bring short check-ins in Wendi's words. One reply or one STOP ends the sequence and routes the buyer to Wendi herself.
Wendi gets a private page with the week day by day: who called whom, who is waiting, what changed. Her sellers get their own page every Monday, with buyer activity on their home and no buyer names.

A 15-mile radius around the home, relocation audiences, and retargeting of everyone who already engaged. No interest stacks, no lookalikes, nothing the Housing rules forbid.
Every inquiry becomes a card with the listing, the answers and the full text thread. Her assistant works from one board, not from screenshots.
Wendi first, press 1 to connect. Assistant second, a minute later, only if the card is still untouched. Both get the buyer's answers before they say hello.
At 5 AM it reads every lead's chain: text delivered, ring placed, alert sent, follow-up on time. Exceptions go on a list. Her assistant gets the day's calls, ranked.
The creatives that ran, with the real photos and the real copy. The facts on the first line, the agent's name on every one. Buyers screen themselves before they ever tap.

19 September to 5 November 2026. Nothing projected, nothing rounded up.
Within a minute of someone asking about my listing, they have the tour in their hands and my phone is ringing. I have never had anything work this fast for me.

New inquiries by listing, every conversation, who is still waiting for a first call, and what changes next week. We walk through it together every Friday.

Buyer activity on their home, in plain words and real numbers, with no buyer names. Wendi sends one link instead of writing an update.
Before her day starts, every chain is verified and her assistant has a ranked call list. If something broke overnight, we know before the buyer does.
A 45-minute call. We open your current listing, show you exactly what a buyer would see and what your phone would do, and you decide whether it fits.
